Monthly rates are lower per night than short stays, and we quote them individually based on dates and length. Contact us with your move-in date, how long you need, and which unit you prefer, and we’ll send a monthly quote the same day. Booking direct means there’s no platform service fee on top — which on a 30-night stay adds up to real money.
